What Pro-Hub does

Hydrocarbon production accounting, allocation and visualization.

Pro-Hub takes measured volumes from meters, tanks, theoretical and well tests, SCADA and samples. It applies configurable allocation networks and rules, then produces allocated volumes at the well and completion level, gross and net. Those volumes drive revenue, royalties, partner accounting, regulatory reporting and operational analysis, across simple-to-complex, multi-tier relationships among wells, tanks, meters and other equipment.

  2. 02 · Allocate

    Configurable networks and rules

Multi-tier, date-effective allocation networks with proration, well-test, meter-based and component methods.

  3. 03 · Account

Gross and net volumes at well and completion level for revenue, royalties, partners, regulators and operations.

Platform

Six capabilities. One allocation record.

From the schematic you draw to the net volume your revenue team books, every step runs on the same audited dataset.

From the field to the ledger

One set of numbers, from the wellhead to the revenue ledger.

A barrel is measured in the field, reconciled at the battery, allocated to a completion and booked by finance. When each step lives in a different spreadsheet, nobody quite agrees on the number.

Pro-Hub keeps every step on the same record, so the volume measured in the field is the volume the revenue team books.

Engineering principles

Built around how fields actually flow.

Allocation errors rarely come from arithmetic. They come from a model that does not match the physical system, or one that quietly rewrites the past. Pro-Hub is designed against both.

History is immutable by default

Networks and rules are date-effective. A tie-in or meter change applies from its effective date, and prior months stay exactly as reported.

One base unit, no compounding error

Volumes are stored once in a base unit and converted only for display, so conversion error never accumulates across tiers.

Equipment location matters

Fuel, flare, vent, lease use and gas lift are placed where they physically sit in the network, because location changes the allocated result.

Reconcile daily, not just at close

Daily and monthly reconciliation surfaces imbalances while they can still be investigated, which removes month-end surprises.

Try it

Move the meter. Watch every well respond.

This is proration, one of the allocation methods Pro-Hub runs. Change the volume measured at the sales meter, or shut a well in, and the volume is re-allocated in proportion to each well's theoretical production.

Products & dispositions

Every stream, every destination.

Dual and multi-product allocation reconciles raw gas at the wellhead with processed NGL components on the plant statement, so allocated results tie to both measurement and settlement.

Implementation & support

We set it up with you, not just for you.

Allocation software is only as good as the network inside it. UES engineers work with your team to map wells, meters, tanks and facilities into Pro-Hub, then check the results against the numbers you already trust before you go live.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask first.

All questions

What is Pro-Hub?

Pro-Hub by UES is hydrocarbon production accounting, allocation and visualization software. It converts measured volumes from meters, tanks, well tests, SCADA and samples into allocated gross and net volumes at well and completion level.

What is hydrocarbon production allocation?

Production allocation is the process of distributing volumes measured at a shared point, such as a tank battery, facility or sales meter, back to the individual wells and completions that produced them, using rules such as proration, well tests, theoreticals or meter readings.

Who uses production allocation software?

Production accountants, production engineers, revenue and royalty teams, joint-venture accountants and regulatory reporting teams at oil and gas operators use allocation software to produce defensible, auditable volumes.

What allocation methods does Pro-Hub support?

Pro-Hub supports proration, theoretical production, well-test-based, meter-based and component-level allocation, configurable at each node of a multi-tier network.

Can allocation networks change without affecting historical results?

Yes. Pro-Hub networks and rules are date-effective. A change applies from its effective date forward, and prior periods keep their original configuration unless a prior-period adjustment is deliberately made, which is fully audited.

Which products and streams does Pro-Hub handle?

Oil, gas, water, condensate, residue gas and NGLs at component level (ethane, propane, iso- and normal butane, natural gasoline), along with LPG, inhibitor and load oil, and dispositions such as fuel, flare, vent, lease use and gas lift.
