Capability 01

Allocation engine & network modeling

Build allocation systems graphically and let rules change over time without rewriting history.

In short

Pro-Hub's allocation engine models wells, meters, tanks, equipment and facilities as a multi-tier network, then allocates measured volumes back to each well and completion using date-effective rules.

Allocation is where measured volumes become accountable volumes. Pro-Hub gives engineers and production accountants a schematic module to draw the system as it physically exists: wells into headers, headers into tank batteries, compressors, gas lift loops, shared facilities and plants.

Every node and rule carries an effective date. When a well is tied into a new facility or a meter is replaced, the network changes from that date forward. Historical results remain exactly as they were calculated.

Detail

Graphical schematic builder
Draw and visualize allocation systems (wells, meters, tanks, equipment and facilities) as a network rather than a spreadsheet.
Multi-tier hierarchies
Model multi-level relationships, from completion to well, lease, battery, facility and plant, with allocation at each tier.
Date-effective configuration
Networks and rules change over time without breaking historical results, so reruns stay reproducible.
Complex topologies
Shared facilities, compressors, gas lift, tank batteries, and gas plants are supported as first-class network elements.
Daily and monthly reconciliation
Reconcile volumes daily as well as at month-end so imbalances surface early, not at close.
Prior-period adjustments
Restate earlier periods with a full audit trail of what changed, why, and who approved it.
Flexible methodologies
Proration, theoreticals, well tests, meter-based and component-level allocation, configurable per node.
