Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

01What we have done

  • A skip link to jump straight to the main content.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Meaningful headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
  • Text alternatives for informative images and diagrams.
  • Respect for the reduced-motion setting: decorative animation stops when it is on.
  • Layouts that adapt to narrow screens and browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.

02Known limitations

Some text sits on translucent glass surfaces. We have chosen colours for contrast, but if you find any text hard to read, please tell us.

The interactive allocation demonstration is best used with a mouse, keyboard or touch screen; all of its controls are standard, labelled form controls.
